Ceasefire...

CEASEFIRE MAKES IT MUCH BETTER (for there are no bombs constantly destroying hospitals and whatever other place is supposed to be guaranteed to be safe by international law), if the situation is compared to what it became after 07.10, but long before that it was anything but good already, and it still is.

HISTORY DIDN'T START IN 2023, as Israeli supporters and “western” media (not sure if separating the two is very accurate…) seem to want to make us believe. Long (more than 70 years) before there were rockets causing destruction, heavy machinery (sold by big “western” companies) bulldozing houses and land being stolen, bullets stealing lives, random arrests turning thousands into "prisoners". It's not by chance there are so many to be traded, and unlike Israel and the “western” media want to make us believe, MANY ARE WOMEN AND CHILDREN – and I finally found one reason that may justify the fact they are never called “hostages”: the idea was never to return them in the first place! So yeah, keep on calling them prisoners, which they've been for long, most under no other excuse than maybe trying to resist the unfair treatment they're subjected to daily by the occupying power…. For some reason, though, Israel's moves are never called terrorism, even if it's a country supposedly based on a religious identity which tends to be used to justify whatever violent action.

The everlasting indifference by the international community regarding all of this makes it so for a Palestinian to have an identity document it must be issued by the Israeli authorities (which have very little interest in their existence let alone in giving them official recognition), which makes many irregular wherever they go, besides being unable to return to their own home (while jews all over the world have the "right to return" to a land where they've never lived, neither any of their ancestors in many cases). It's easier for me, with no connection to the Palestinian land whatsoever, to get in than to someone actually born in there. Thousands of Palestinians born in refugee camps in neighbouring countries are considered "Palestinians born in..." (Jordan, for example). If ever issued a document in Europe, though, the nationality section might be blank….

Palestinians' right to defend themselves or even to exist has been taken away by a state that has been proceeding to ethnic cleansing for more than 70 years now, justifying it on their own "protection". If they didn't go there and occupy something that wasn't theirs while killing thousands, all (and that was more than enough already) they had to defend themselves from was western countries' long-lasting bullshit (mainly fuelled by envy, maybe?) against them. It was easier for "western" countries to put them in a strategic position (full of oil) while backing them up in dealing with their trauma on their own (doing to others what was done to them) then to deal with responsibility and guilt, I guess... Meanwhile, innocent Palestinians have been subjected to several generations of trauma and human rights' (defined as such and said to be promoted by “western” countries) constant violations (while their support goes exclusively to a genocidal state).

Only “western” are entitled to fight for freedom? Whose freedom? And what is “western" anyway? Isn't the world round?

CEASEFIRE IS ESSENTIAL BUT CEASEFIRE IS NOT ENOUGH! It does make things infinitely better (given the extent of violence the alternative entailed) but it does not erase what was done and it does not change what is still happening under everyone’s noses (and with the support of most, whether being aware of it or not).

By the way: AMERICA IS A CONTINENT! and HUMAN BEINGS ARE ANIMALS! (much more irrational than many others, so it seems) - what are children told in school nowadays? – so, calling anyone "animal" can only be used as an offense by someone who doesn’t even know how much of an animal they are….

Also, IMMIGRATION IS NOT A PROBLEM, USA's leadership is – the only point in which there is some coherence, in fact, since all USA's leaders are of migrant descent... So, yeah, maybe they do have a point after all... (and in what comes to the quality of leadership it does apply to many others)

NATIVES SHOULD HAVE BUILT A WALL!!! If only they were given the chance….

And REMEMBERING AUSCHWITZ IS TOTALLY USELESS if what was done in there is used for nothing but to justify the same kind of inhumane politics and treatment as those applied by then.

That's it, for now.
